C-KANARO Textile Machinery Pvt. Ltd. endring removing machine remove the end ring without use of any chemical edge of highly costly screen. The life of the endring also gets longer because no chemical comes in contact with the endring.

Specially and perfect designed removing blade for long life. A hot air blower performs a task that quickly remove the endring without damage from the screen.

Vertical Stripping Tank Stripping tanks suitable to strip Nickel perforated rotary screens in horizontal/vertical way is fabricated from best quality polymer materials to withstand strong stripping chemicals. The whole unit of the tank is based of FRP coated legs. Suitable lid cover is provided for easy opening and closing of the tank. Drain valve is also provided completely assembled. Standard stripping tanks are suitable to strip the screens up to 3.5 mtr Long and 640, 820, 914, 1018, 1450 and 1680 mm repeat also. They can be customised on special request.

Made from one piece molded plastic material completely provided with one piece rubber sheet cover. Drain cock and suitable M.S. Iron stand duly painted and ready for use.

Screens have to be cleaned for oil stains due to grease and dirty handling. Stain removal process is a simple process using degreasing chemical left in the degreasing tank with the aid of supporting devices for proper handling.

Degreasing screens is a very important part of the screen preparation process. It is important to degrease your screens prior to applying emulsion or film because new screens or restretched screens need to be free of grease, oil and dirt to avoid problems with the stencil quality.

Retouching Stand: For Inspection and retouching of the engraved screen. Made from heavy pipe structure. Tube light housed in specially profiled M.S. pipe structure with clear transparent acrylic tube. Front wooden table with stand complete.

Procures screens from a cascaded screens roll without dents and defects caused otherwise due to manual removal. The semi circular trough is fabricated from Stainless steel sheets and is divided in to two section. For each section a Hinge is provided which can be set at different lever as per requirement. The screen un packing trough is mounted on a table. The pressure from the trough’s lever is just enough to remove screens with ease without damaging/denting.
